DB: Maple Mousse and meringue

The challenge in April for the Daring Bakers was to make a maple mouse in an edible container. We made meringue cups following this recipe and the mousse. Both delicious. A great dessert. We modified a bit the mousse as we did not have gelatin, so we used Kuzu instead, letting it come to a simmer after its addition.

      No sabía que te habías pasado por la página! Hemos dejado el blog totalmente de lado en los últimos meses. Sencillamente no sacábamos el tiempo necesario, pero ahora queremos retomarlo otra vez, aunque sea de tarde en tarde 🙂 Quería hacer la empanada de la abuela y ponerla. Te aviso cuando lo consiga:-)
